- Add ¼ tsp of Himalayan pink salt into a glass.
- Pour in 8 oz of warm (not hot) water.
- Stir in 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
- Add lemon juice if desired.
- Stir well until fully dissolved.
- Sip slowly 30 minutes before bedtime.
- Use nightly for at least 30 days for consistent results.

Use fine-ground Himalayan pink salt only. Regular table salt won’t work the same way.
