Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm filtered water
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Heat the water until warm, not boiling.
