Method
- Heat water until warm but not boiling.
- In a glass or mug, mix ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt with the warm water.
- Squeeze in juice from ½ a fresh lemon.
- Stir well until salt is completely dissolved.
- Drink slowly in the morning, ideally on an empty stomach.

Use only genuine Himalayan pink salt, avoid iodized or processed table salt.
Drink first thing in the morning for best results.
