Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Warm filtered water Not boiling
  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt Fine or coarse grain
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Raw unfiltered, with "mother"
  • ½ Fresh lemon Juiced

Equipment

  • 1 Glass For serving the drink
  • 1 Spoon For stirring ingredients
  • 1 Measuring Spoon For salt and vinegar
  • 1 Citrus juicer (Optional) For squeezing lemon

Method
 

  1. Add Himalayan pink salt to 1 cup of warm filtered water in a glass.

  2. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  3. Add the raw apple cider vinegar.

  4. Stir until the salt is fully dissolved.
  5. Drink immediately on an empty stomach for best results.
