- For Pink Salt Seasoning:
- Add Himalayan pink salt to a mixing bowl.
- Add garlic powder, lemon zest, and rosemary.
- Blend using a mortar and pestle or spoon until evenly combined.
- Store in an airtight glass jar for up to 3 months.
- For Detox Drink:
- Fill a glass with 1 cup of warm filtered water.
- Add ½ tsp pink salt, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.
- Stir until fully dissolved.
- Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
