Ingredients
  

  • Dry Seasoning Version:
  • ½ cup – Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tbsp – Lemon zest – fresh or dried
  • 1 tsp – Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp – Dried rosemary
  • Optional – ½ tsp chili flakes or cracked black pepper
  • Detox Drink Version per serving:
  • 1 cup – Warm filtered water
  • ½ tsp – Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tbsp – Apple cider vinegar – raw unfiltered
  • Juice of ½ – Fresh lemon

Equipment

  • 1 Glass jar For storing dry blend
  • 1 Spoon For mixing
  • 1 Cup For measuring liquid
  • 1 Mortar and pestle (optional) For blending seasoning

Method
 

  1. For Pink Salt Seasoning:
  2. Add Himalayan pink salt to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add garlic powder, lemon zest, and rosemary.
  4. Blend using a mortar and pestle or spoon until evenly combined.
  5. Store in an airtight glass jar for up to 3 months.
  6. For Detox Drink:
  7. Fill a glass with 1 cup of warm filtered water.
  8. Add ½ tsp pink salt, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.
  9. Stir until fully dissolved.
  10. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
