Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp pink salt preferably Himalayan type
  • 8 –12 oz filtered water room temperature or warm

  • 1 Glass (8 to 12 oz) for mixing the drink
  • 1 Teaspoon to measure the salt

Method
 

  1. Pour 8 to 12 ounces of filtered water into a glass.

  2. Add ¼ teaspoon of pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.

  4. Do not exceed more than one serving per day.
