  • 1 tsp Chia seeds Optional for added fiber
  • 1 cup Water Filtered
  • 0.5 Lemon Juiced fresh
  • – Ice cubes Optional for serving temperature

Method
 

  1. Add oats, chia seeds, and water to a blender.
  2. Blend for 10–15 seconds until smooth.
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow chia to expand.
  4. Stir in fresh lemon juice.
  5. Pour into a glass with or without ice and drink immediately.
