Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds Soaked in water
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar With "the mother"
  • 0.5 Lemon juiced Freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon Organic preferred
  • 8 –10 oz Water Warm or room temperature

Method
 

  1. Add chia seeds to water and let soak for 5–10 minutes until they swell.
  2. Add apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, and cinnamon to the mixture.
  3. Stir well or shake in a mason jar until combined.
  4. Drink 30 minutes before meals or in the morning for best results.
