Method
- Blend strawberries with water until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat gently (do not boil).
- Add lemon juice and honey to the warm mixture.
- Slowly whisk in gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in collagen peptides if using.
- Pour into silicone molds.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until firm.
- Remove from molds and store in fridge up to 5 days.
