Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin Grass-fed preferred
  • 1/2 cup Fresh strawberries Blended
  • 1/2 cup Water or coconut water
  • 1 tsp Raw honey or stevia To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice Fresh
  • 1 scoop Collagen peptides Optional for extra protein

Equipment

  • Saucepan to heat the strawberry mixture
  • Silicone molds to shape the gummies
  • Blender to puree strawberries

Method
 

  1. Blend strawberries with water until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat gently (do not boil).
  3. Add lemon juice and honey to the warm mixture.
  4. Slowly whisk in gelatin until fully dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in collagen peptides if using.
  6. Pour into silicone molds.
  7. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until firm.
  8. Remove from molds and store in fridge up to 5 days.
