- Warm 1/2 cup of water until hot but not boiling.
- Slowly stir in 1 tsp unflavored gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and pink salt if using.
- Stir well and drink immediately while warm.

Do not use boiling water, it breaks down gelatin’s collagen structure.
Best consumed on an empty stomach for digestion support.
Can also be chilled and eaten as soft gelatin.
