Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin Grass-fed preferred
  • 1/2 cup Warm water Not boiling
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced Optional
  • 1 pinch Pink salt Optional

Equipment

  • Glass mug for mixing and serving
  • Spoon or small whisk to stir the gelatin
  • Small saucepan or kettle to heat water

Method
 

  1. Warm 1/2 cup of water until hot but not boiling.
  2. Slowly stir in 1 tsp unflavored gelatin until fully dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice and pink salt if using.
  4. Stir well and drink immediately while warm.
