Method
- Warm the filtered water in a saucepan, do not let it boil.
- Slowly whisk in gelatin until fully dissolved, with no lumps.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow glass container.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into cubes if needed and store in an airtight container.
- Enjoy 1–2 cubes before meals or when cravings hit.
