Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Grass-fed gelatin Unflavored
  • 1/2 cup Filtered water Warm not boiling
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice Or use apple cider vinegar

Equipment

  • 1 Saucepan For dissolving gelatin
  • 1 whisk To prevent lumps
  • 1 Silicone Mold Or shallow dish for setting
  • 1 Refrigerator Chill for 2+ hours

Method
 

  1. Warm the filtered water in a saucepan, do not let it boil.
  2. Slowly whisk in gelatin until fully dissolved, with no lumps.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow glass container.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  6. Cut into cubes if needed and store in an airtight container.
  7. Enjoy 1–2 cubes before meals or when cravings hit.
