Method
- Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water in a bowl. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the other 1 cup of water. Stir in lemon juice, sweetener, salt, and apple cider vinegar.
- Pour hot mixture into the bloomed gelatin. Whisk until fully dissolved.
- Pour into a container or molds and chill for at least 4 hours.
