Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp unflavored beef gelatin – or collagen peptides
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup hot water not boiling
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar – optional for gut health
  • 1 tbsp honey or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 pinch sea salt or blue salt

  • Glass container or silicone molds For setting jello

Method
 

  1. Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water in a bowl. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the other 1 cup of water. Stir in lemon juice, sweetener, salt, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Pour hot mixture into the bloomed gelatin. Whisk until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour into a container or molds and chill for at least 4 hours.
  5. Enjoy 1–2 servings daily as part of your jello diet weight loss plan.
