- Pour filtered water into a glass.
- Add the salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.
- (Optional) Add raw honey and apple cider vinegar.
- Stir thoroughly and drink immediately on an empty stomach or before activity.

Use Celtic or unrefined sea salt only. Avoid white iodized salt.
Do not exceed 1/2 tsp total salt per day through this recipe.
