Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Celtic or Sea Salt Unrefined only avoid iodized table salt
  • 8 –12 oz Filtered Water Cold or room temperature
  • 1/2 Lemon juice only Fresh-squeezed recommended
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey Optional for sweetness
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar Optional organic with “mother” if possible

Equipment

  • 1 Glass For mixing and drinking
  • 1 Spoon To stir ingredients

Method
 

  1. Pour filtered water into a glass.
  2. Add the salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.
  4. (Optional) Add raw honey and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Stir thoroughly and drink immediately on an empty stomach or before activity.
