  • 1 tsp raw honey unprocessed organic best
  • 1 cup warm water not hot around 100°F
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed preferred
  • pinch turmeric or cinnamon optional for added support

Equipment

  • 1 Glass cup For mixing and drinking
  • 1 Teaspoon For measuring honey

Method
 

  1. Add 1 tsp of raw honey to a cup.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of warm water and stir gently.
  3. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of turmeric or cinnamon (optional).
  5. Stir again and sip slowly.
