- Heat 8 oz of filtered water until warm (not boiling).
- Pour the water into a glass cup.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt.
- Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
- Stir again and drink slowly on an empty stomach.
- Wait 15–30 minutes before eating your first meal.
