- Add water to a small saucepan and bring to a light boil.
- Stir in ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon.
- Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain tea into a mug using a fine mesh strainer.
- Stir in lemon juice and honey if using.
- Serve hot or let cool and enjoy over ice.
