  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder grass-fed preferred
  • 1 cup hot water or herbal tea not boiling just hot
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional for flavor

Method
 

  1. Whisk gelatin powder into hot water or herbal tea until fully dissolved.
  2. Add lemon juice, if desired, and stir again.
  3. Pour into a shallow dish or silicone molds.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Cut into cubes and eat 20–30 minutes before meals.
