Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin | Grass-fed or organic preferred
  • 1 Apple cider vinegar | With the mother raw, unfiltered
  • 8 oz Warm water | Not boiling just warm enough to dissolve gelatin
  • 1 Fresh lemon juice | Optional for taste and vitamin C boost
  • 1 Raw honey or stevia | Optional for mild sweetness

Equipment

  • 1 Mug or cup For mixing and drinking
  • 1 Spoon For stirring ingredients

Method

  1. Add warm water to a mug (not boiling, around 130°F works best).
  2. Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin slowly over the water surface. Let it “bloom” for about 1 minute.
  3. Stir until fully dissolved and smooth.
  4. Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Stir again.
  5. Add raw honey or stevia if using. Taste and adjust.
  6. Drink slowly, ideally 15–30 minutes before your main meal.
