  • 0.5 cup Cold water For blooming gelatin
  • 1 cup Hot lemon water or tea Green tea herbal, or lemon water
  • 0.5 Lemon Juice of ½ lemon optional
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar Optional; for metabolism support
  • to taste Stevia or raw honey Optional; honey adds calories

Method
 

  1. Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over cold water in a small bowl. Let it bloom for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Heat lemon water or tea until hot, but not boiling.
  3. Stir the bloomed gelatin mixture into the hot liquid until fully dissolved.
  4. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar, if using.
  5. Sweeten with stevia or honey to taste.
  6. Drink warm, 20–30 minutes before meals to reduce appetite.
