- Add 1 cup of sauce to the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place frozen meatballs in a single layer over the sauce.
- Pour remaining sauce over the meatballs to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder and Italian seasoning, if using.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Do not stir during the first 2 hours to prevent meatballs from breaking apart.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving if desired.

You can double this frozen meatballs in crock pot recipe for parties or prep it ahead in a freezer-safe bag for an easy dump-and-go meal. Works well with any type of sauce and most frozen meatball varieties, just make sure they’re fully cooked before freezing.
