  • 1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin High quality grass-fed if possible
  • 0.5 Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 cup Warm water Not boiling around 120°F

Method
 

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin powder to your mug.

  3. Pour in 1/2 cup of warm (not boiling) water.
