  • 1 tablespoon Unflavored Gelatin Powder Grass-fed preferred
  • ½ cup Warm Water Not boiling
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Pink Juice Cranberry cherry, or pomegranate
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice or ACV optional For added digestion support

Method
 

  1. Add 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin to a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour in ½ cup warm water and whisk until fully dissolved.
  3. Add ½ cup unsweetened pink juice and optional lemon or ACV.
  4. Stir well, then pour mixture into a glass container.
  5. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
  6. Eat ½ cup 15–30 minutes before your largest meal daily.
