- Add 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin to a mixing bowl.
- Pour in ½ cup warm water and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Add ½ cup unsweetened pink juice and optional lemon or ACV.
- Stir well, then pour mixture into a glass container.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
- Eat ½ cup 15–30 minutes before your largest meal daily.
