  • 10 oz Filtered water Room temp or cold

Method
 

  1. Add chia seeds to a jar or glass filled with 10 oz of water.
  2. Stir well and let it sit for 2–3 minutes.

  5. Add lemon juice or cinnamon, if desired.
  6. Drink it fresh, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
