Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 10 oz filtered water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon

Equipment

  • 1 Glass or Mason Jar
  • 1 Spoon

Method
 

  1. Add chia seeds to a glass of filtered water.
  2. Stir well and let soak for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge.
  3. Add lemon juice and any optional ingredients (apple cider vinegar or cinnamon).
  4. Stir again before drinking.
  5. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before a meal.
