Ingredients
  

  • 1/8 tsp Celtic sea salt light gray Unrefined, sun-dried preferred
  • 12 oz Filtered water Room temperature or warm

Method
 

  1. Measure out 1/8 teaspoon of high-quality Celtic sea salt.

  2. Place the pinch of salt under your tongue and let it sit for 15–30 seconds.
