Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 100% fruit juice Tart cherry orange, or your favorite
  • 0.5 cup Cold juice For blooming gelatin
  • 3 tbsp Grass-fed beef gelatin Unflavored high-quality
  • 1 –2 tbsp Raw honey or maple syrup Natural sweetener
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Optional enhances flavor & freshness

Equipment

  • 1 Saucepan Small, for heating juice
  • 1 Silicone molds Any fun shape or ice cube tray
  • 1 whisk For blending gelatin and juice
  • 1 Measuring Cups For accurate ingredient prep

Method
 

  1. Pour ½ cup cold juice into a bowl and sprinkle 3 tbsp beef gelatin over it. Let bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup juice over low heat until warm, not boiling.
  3. Slowly whisk the bloomed gelatin into the warm juice until fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in 1–2 tbsp honey and 1 tsp lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully set.
  7. Pop gummies out of molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge (up to 2 weeks) or freezer (up to 3 months).
