Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup hot herbal tea or sugar-free electrolyte drink
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp powdered vitamin C or B12 optional
  • 1/4 cup cold water for blooming gelatin

Method
 

  1. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water in a bowl. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.

  3. Pour hot liquid into the bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.

  5. Pour mixture into molds or containers and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
