Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin Grass-fed preferred
  • ½ cup Hot water Not boiling
  • ½ cup Cold water or tea Herbal tea or lemon water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Optional for flavor and detox
  • 1 pinch Pink salt Optional helps with hydration

Method
 

  1. Add gelatin powder to a mug or small bowl.
  2. Pour in hot water and stir gently until the gelatin fully dissolves.
  3. Add cold water or tea, then stir again.
  4. Mix in lemon juice and a pinch of pink salt, if using.
  5. Drink warm immediately, or refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set if you prefer a jello-like snack.
