Method
- Add gelatin powder to a mug or small bowl.
- Pour in hot water and stir gently until the gelatin fully dissolves.
- Add cold water or tea, then stir again.
- Mix in lemon juice and a pinch of pink salt, if using.
- Drink warm immediately, or refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set if you prefer a jello-like snack.

For extra protein, add 1 scoop of collagen peptides before mixing.
To make it vegan, substitute gelatin with 1 tsp agar-agar and boil for 2–3 minutes.
Herbal teas like mint or chamomile work well as flavor bases.
